I follow lots of blogs via RSS. Here are some of my favorite people and blogs that I follow on a daily-ish basis (in no particular order):

- Jeff Jarvis - Buzzmachine
- Umair Haque – Edge Economy. Highly recommended reading.
- BubbleGeneration: Attention Economy, Micromedia & Media 2.0, Peer Production, Network Economics & Web 2.0, and Edge Competencies.
- Steve Rubel – Director of Insights for Edelman Digital, a division of Edelman – the world’s largest independent PR firm (I mostly follow Steve on Twitter – Great insights)
- Stephen Dubner & Steven D. Levitt – Freakonomics Blog On The NYTimes
- Steven Johnson – Author of 2 books that had a big impact on me in graduate school – “Emergence” and “Interface Culture”. I follow Steven on Twitter and read most of what he blogs.
- Robert Scoble – Scobleizer
- Building43 – A community blog that discusses industry trends and what’s going on on the web.
- Shai Agasii – The Long Tailpipe: Alternative energy, electric cars and other topics
- Loic Le Meur – Creator of Seesmic
- Tara Hunt – HorsePigCow is where I go to get a shot of Whuffie.
- Fred Wilson – AVC is a blog I read daily.
- Brad Feld – VC. Voracious reader.
- Guy Kawasaki – VC. Writes a great blog called “How To Change The World”
- Chris Brogan – Social Media and Community Building
- Dave Winer – The Godfather of RSS doesn’t pull any punches.
- Jeremiah Owyang – Web Strategy and Community Management (formerly an analyst at Forrester Research)
- Wired – I’ve been reading Wired religiously since I was a teenager.
- ReadWriteWeb – My favorite tech blog for opinion and trends.
- TechCrunch – The 600 lb gorilla of tech on the web.
- Seth Godin – I read Seth daily and I’ve read almost all of his books. Highly recommended.
- AJ Jacobs – One of my all time favorite non-fiction authors. AJ doesn’t blog much, but I follow him on Twitter.
- Gary Vaynerchuk – When I need a shot of energy, Gary’s my go-to.
- TED (Confession: I mostly use the TED iPhone App to keep up with TED)
- O’Reilly Radar – Timely analysis on the publishing industry, Web2.0, innovation, government 2.0…
- Tim O’Reilly (Tim is a human RSS feed)
- Kathy Sierra – Her blog Creating Passionate Users was fantastic. She unfortunately doesn’t write anymore, but it’s still out there and is one of my all-time favorites.
- Alex Iskold – Feature writer for ReadWriteWeb, Founder of a promising startup (AdaptiveBlue).
- Fraser Kelton – Biz Dev at Adaptiveblue. One of my favorite people to chat about the Web with.

- NY Times Technology - I scan though this section close to daily.
- Nathan @ Flowing Data – Nathan Finds some of the best infographics and visualizations on the web.
- Ben Casnocha – Author of My Start Up Life
- Penelope Trunk – Smart, Honest, Aggressive and Right On The Money.
- WorldChanging – One of the most important blogs out there. The world needs Alex Steffen.
- Nate Ritter – He really knows his stuff. He doesn’t blog that often, but he’s very active on Twitter and in the San Diego tech community. He’s also the most energetic guitar hero player EVER.
- Global Patriot – Mark is a writer, and friend in San Diego and has an excellent blog with a theme everyone can get behind.
- Ryan Graves – I’ve watched his blog grow over the past few years. He’s got great energy.
