		<description>Alex,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I churned over our conversation about passion in business a lot and I kept&lt;br&gt;coming back to this idea - that the dynamics of a group is critical to&lt;br&gt;maintaining a sense of belonging and purpose for the individuals, and that&lt;br&gt;passion is nurtured and bolstered by that sense of fit in a team that meshes&lt;br&gt;well. It&#039;s obvious that this is true when you see teams that break down when&lt;br&gt;communication and trust dwindle. It&#039;s not enough to be passionate - you have&lt;br&gt;to have an environment that supports long-term excitement and passion.</description>
