		<description>I think there is plenty of room for ego in social networks. It adds character and variety to a network. To be honest, if someone is validly flaunting their ego I am usually ok with that- it&#039;s when it&#039;s unwarranted that it&#039;s harmful. The important part of that point is &quot;Be Thou Vulnerable. Speak of thy Failure as well as thy Success.&quot; Speaking of failure is a great way to learn and to teach at the same time- and it helps personify text on a screen.</description>
